An Oregon woman has sued a Doctor for $4 million dollars . She has accused the man of convincing her that he could cure her back pain through sex with him. Dr. Randall Smith charged the woman $5000 dollars for his 45 minute "treatments" (yes he called them treatments). So far, the good Doctor has been given 60 days in jail for overcharging Oregon's Health Care System.
I just don't see the problem here. She didn't go to med school. Who is she to say he's wrong?
